I amcompletely out ofmy element when itcomes todance wear, soI was nervous goingin. The moment Iwalked inthe door, they immediately asked what they could doto help meand they found the perfect tap and ballet shoes for my5year old daughter, the right tights. The girl helping mewas very kind, very patient and very helpful. Iwill absolutely bereturning.

I’ve been meaning toreview this place because ofhow amazing their employeesare. One inparticular Ihave togive ashout out tois ChristineCoe. This ismy daughters first year inballet and Iwanted tomake sure she looked perfect for her firstday. Because ofChristine helping meout, mydaughter did look perfect. Christine told mewhat todo with mydaughters ballet shoes and you have noidea how much Iappreciated that! Staff gave unclear info onthe phone. Happy that you were open onthe weekend, but when wearrived, wecould not get anappt for afitting (pointe).
Although I/my child could have asked the right questions regarding the process ofbuying pointe ballet shoes, itwould have been nice tobe informed when wecalled. After driving2.5hours tothis store, the indifferent staff member stated that she turned down customers and could not helpus, (something about having somany# ofappts inthat da
y?) citing her boss would beupset ifwe were fittedin. Idid not see any customers inthe store atthe time- maybe one walkedin? Irealized wearrived 1hour before closing, however, better communication would have solved this issue.I called tospeak with owner/manager aweek later todiscuss this and NOONE returned acall.
What awaste ofmy time, and loss tothis business.
We ended upgetting anexcellent fitting inTucson with knowledgeable staff who were mentored well. Thus, this iswhy Igive Dee's Dancewear a2star rating- would have given worse however part ofthe issue was not knowing the process inbuying these ballet shoes.

Hands down the best pointe shoe fittings inall ofSouthWest! Jamie the manager has agift from pointe shoe gods. Great service, the staff are always happy tohelp, always happy toorder anything you ever want.

I was happy tofind several items ofdance wear and shoes thatfit, BUT they are not wearing masks when customers walkin. Iexplained that Iwas keeping mydistance because the woman helping mewasn't wearing amask. She put one onwithout being asked atthat point and Iwas glad forit. Then, another associate came over unmasked tooversee mypurchase and once again, Ihad tospeakup, asking her toback upwhile Imade mypurchase. I was there today Friday October 16/2020.
There were two rude girls with noknowledge and respect tocustomer service. Ormaybe it's just about skin color!!
I felt very bad and disrespected for shopping there.
The prices are very hightoo.00
